Shipping policy

All AlgoBox Pro Merch items are made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days, after which your order ships. Total delivery time is production time plus the shipping time shown at checkout. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different production facilities; you will receive tracking for each shipment by email.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with the exception of the United Kingdom, to which we are currently unable to ship. Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

International orders — customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and carrier brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. The recipient is the importer of record. Customs processing may also add to delivery time; such delays are outside our control.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct — orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are the buyer's responsibility. If a shipment is returned to sender as unclaimed or undeliverable, contact us at george.belletty@gmail.com to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply). If tracking shows your order lost in transit, see our Refund Policy — we will replace or refund it.
